1. Introduction

Welcome to 2MindsProductions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services. By engaging with our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

2MindsProductions provides a variety of digital marketing solutions, including but not limited to CRM systems, business listings, social media management, videography, and photography. Specific services will be detailed in individual contracts or project briefs.

3. Payment Terms

Invoices: Invoices will be issued monthly or upon completion of specific project milestones, as agreed upon in the contract.Payment Method: Payments are to be made via credit or debit card. All subscriptions are month-to-month recurring.Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in the suspension of services until payment is received.

4. No Refunds

All payments made to 2MindsProductions are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to payments for services, subscriptions, and project fees.

5. Licensing

All content created by 2MindsProductions, including but not limited to videos, photographs, and written materials, is licensed to the client for use as specified in the contract. The client does not have the right to sell, distribute, or sublicense the content without explicit written permission from 2MindsProductions.

6. Authority to Sign

The individual signing the contract on behalf of the client warrants that they have the authority to bind the client to these Terms.

7. Termination of Contract

By Client: The client may terminate the contract with 30 days written notice. All outstanding payments must be settled before termination.By 2MindsProductions: We reserve the right to terminate the contract if the client breaches any of these Terms or fails to make timely payments.

8. Modifications

2MindsProductions reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Maryland.
